Shipping Policy

We use NZ Post Courier service for the majority of our deliveries. 

Shipping is charged based on order value:

• Order value >$85 - Free Shipping
• Order value $20-$85:
• Residential (Non-Rural) Addresses $6.00
• Rural Addresses $10.00
• Order value <$20: flat rate shipping of $10.00.

If your shipping address is rural, you must select the rural shipping option at checkout.  If you are unsure whether your shipping address is rural, please use the NZ Post Address Checker. If you do not select the rural option, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

We will aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. However, to ensure enough time for delivery, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Once your order has been packaged up and assigned a tracking number, this number will be available on your order status page so you can track your parcel all the way to your door.  NZ Post aim to deliver packages within the North Island next day, and South Island 2 day.

Dispatch Errors

While we take care when packaging up orders, from time to time we do get it wrong --- yep, we're human!

If you are on the receiving end of the wrong product, let us know within 24 hours of receipt of your order and we will sort you out!  

Products arrived damaged or not at all

If your product arrives damaged or not at all, you will need to promptly file a claim directly with NZ Post.  Please take adequate pictures and keep all packaging as evidence. If NZ Post do not resolve your issue, let us know and we will see if we can help you out. However, we have no control of parcels once they leave our studio.
