Shipping policy
We ship to New Zealand and Australian addresses using NZ Post (Tracked) services.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. During busy periods, please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.
New Zealand
Shipping is charged based on order value:

Orders over $85: Free Shipping

Orders $20–$85:
-
Residential (Non‑Rural): $6.00

Rural: $10.00

Orders under $20: Flat rate $10.00
If your address is rural, you must select the Rural Shipping option at checkout. If you’re unsure whether your address is rural, please use the NZ Post Address Checker. If the incorrect option is selected, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
NZ Post aims to deliver within 1 business day for North Island addresses and 2 business days for South Island addresses.
Australia
Shipping is automatically calculated by weight, parcel size and destination.
Shipments to Australia will be sent via the Tracked Economy service with an estimated delivery time of 3-8 working days.
Accuracy of Address Data
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure all delivery address details are entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refund, replacement or reshipment.
Dispatch Errors
While we take care when packing orders, mistakes can happen – we’re human.
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we’ll get it sorted quickly.
Products Arrived Damaged or Not at All
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive:
- Please file a claim directly with NZ Post as soon as possible.
- Keep all packaging and take clear photos as evidence.
- If NZ Post does not resolve the issue, contact us and we’ll do our best to help – however, we have no control over parcels once they leave our studio.
