Refund policy

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible.

Cancellations can only be accepted before your order has been processed for dispatch.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully when placing your order.

We will provide a refund for any item that has a manufacturing fault, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging.

To request a refund on this basis, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include your order number and details of the issue.

Once approved, the faulty item must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging for assessment.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for products based on change of mind.
