Growing A Mo This Movember?
You may be able to grow a full beard, but that’s No Shave November (or just, y’know, growing a beard). Movember is all about your Mo.
Movember was started in Australia in the early aughts by a group of guys sitting around talking about their ability to grow a moustache.
The group of about 30 lads set off on a journey to grow some serious fuzz atop their upper lips.
The next year, they decided to leverage their hair growth for good, helping raise almost $50,000 for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia (PCFA).
Over the years, Movember gradually became a global phenomenon, raking in massive amounts of money for men’s health causes, ranging from testicular cancer to mental health awareness.
So how’s your Mo coming along this Movember?
Be brave brothers. The first few days, even weeks, can be uncomfortable and a little awkward as your facial fuzz grows and your Mo takes shape.
A great Mo comes down to proper grooming techniques. Nurture it and keep it clean.
Before you take the plunge to shape the Mo, make sure you know what Mo you’re wanting to achieve. Check out this inspirational Movember Mo Style Guide.
